If the goods you receive have broken packaging, are incomplete or damaged by the carrier, fill in the complaint form (damage report) in the presence of the courier. The damage report should contain: the date, time of delivery and a description of damage or noticed shortages in the goods, taking into account their brand and model.
If the parcel has an intact outer packaging, you can check its contents in the presence of the courier. If, after unpacking, it turns out that the product is damaged, a damage report should also be drawn up. At the same time, in such a situation, please contact us.
Complaints about a damaged product may be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The written protocol should be sent to the address of our store along with the proof of purchase. Exchange of goods for a new one is possible only if the above conditions are met. New goods are shipped only after our store receives the product that is the subject of the complaint.
